Ordered roof ladder to be delivered to my holiday home and needed on a specific day. Phoned to check stock and confirm arrangements then placed order on line. The correct ladders arrived on the correct day. 2nd time I have used Midland Ladders and frankly would not risk going elsewhere because customer service and product is spot on.

Great service,packed well,product works great. Instructions a bit sketchy. It would be easy to put the base platforms on upside down. Also hinges lock really positively which is what's needed in a fold-able ladder, but it might help with a longer lever to get hold of when operating the hinges,,just a suggestion.

These were the best on price, I was kept informed on the process of my order, when my ladders arrived they were well packaged. As for the ladders, they are really well made and feel sturdy, I have no regrets buying from Midland Ladder Co. and would buy from again, I have already given away my large double extension and some step ladders as they were getting in the way, plus with all the different ladders you can turn this one into you might not need any others.

Werner 'Megasteps' range of fibreglass safety steps offer a super stable extra-wide stepladder for use in electrical areas where it's non- conductive properties keep you safe and secure. The large double handrails at the top give extra user confidence when working, whilst the clip on safety chain gives the user 360-degree surround protection. The extra width of these steps not only makes them very stable, but also offers a really generous platform area to stand on. Treads are deeply serrated for great anti-slip properties and are a full 85.3mm deep and spaced at 235mm pitch making them very easy and comfortable to climb.
