The 8 tread fibreglass wide-step platform ladder is designed for professionals who need maximum stability, added height, and uncompromising safety. Offering a much wider footprint than standard stepladders, it features a fully enclosed guardrail system and a large anti-slip working platform, making it ideal for electrical, maintenance, and industrial applications.

Maximum Stability & Fall Protection

This wide-step ladder incorporates 1000mm high handrails along with a clip-on safety chain gate, creating a complete surrounding guardrail around the platform. This design virtually eliminates the risk of falling while working, particularly during tasks that require both hands or extended time at height.

The generous aluminium chequer-plate platform measures 600mm deep x 400mm wide, providing a stable, comfortable standing area that significantly improves user confidence compared to traditional stepladders.

Easy Manoeuvrability & Transport

Despite its robust fibreglass construction, the ladder is easy to reposition. Simply tilt the unit back until the two rear wheels make contact with the ground, allowing smooth movement between work areas. Once placed back into the working position, the wheels lift clear of the floor to ensure full stability.

When folded flat, the wide-step ladder can be transported and stored inside or on top of a small van, making it ideal for mobile trade professionals.
