Ready to fit, this sturdy wooden loft ladder sits within its own 18mm timber casing and features a fully insulated 33mm thick white-faced trapdoor which will create a draught free seal when closed. The ladder easily folds back onto the trapdoor for stowage, and closing the trapdoor is aided by spring-assisted hinges and a secure retaining catch operated from ground level with the included pole.

The large 1200 x 550 opening will provide easy and comfortable access into your loft allowing large items to be carried up and down with ease.

Wide, comfortable treads make the ladder a pleasure to use. All metal components are coated for ultimate corrosion resistance and good looks. Simple installation and height adjustment once fitted will provide great, safe and easy access to your loft space.

The EuroFold 3 Section Loft Ladder requires no headroom or storage space in the loft. Precision manufactured in Europe’s Clean Tech Valley using Renewable Energy and PEFC sustainably sourced timber. The Nordic Spruce construction uses traditional dovetail techniques that provide a strong, robust ladder for regular climbing. The continuous draught seal provides a tight air-seal to reduce draughts.
