Ordered roof ladder to be delivered to my holiday home and needed on a specific day. Phoned to check stock and confirm arrangements then placed order on line. The correct ladders arrived on the correct day. 2nd time I have used Midland Ladders and frankly would not risk going elsewhere because customer service and product is spot on.

Great service,packed well,product works great. Instructions a bit sketchy. It would be easy to put the base platforms on upside down. Also hinges lock really positively which is what's needed in a fold-able ladder, but it might help with a longer lever to get hold of when operating the hinges,,just a suggestion.

These were the best on price, I was kept informed on the process of my order, when my ladders arrived they were well packaged. As for the ladders, they are really well made and feel sturdy, I have no regrets buying from Midland Ladder Co. and would buy from again, I have already given away my large double extension and some step ladders as they were getting in the way, plus with all the different ladders you can turn this one into you might not need any others.

Adjustable leg Tripod ladders offer the perfect solution for gaining access on uneven ground or difficult to reach places. Fully adjustable tripod ladders are robust but amazingly lightweight ladders... The rear leg is telescopic and adjustable in 150mm stages with a spring-loaded locking pin, while the two front legs can be independently adjusted in 50mm steps. This allows the ladder to be used on steps, stairs and at virtually any angle on quite steep slopes, yet providing a stable, safe and comfortable work position. Using this ladder you really can reach places otherwise inaccessible such as beside ditches, as well as combinations of walls, steps, slopes and banks. Adjustable Tripod Ladders have a safe working load rating of 150kg (23.5st).
As standard, this ladder is supplied with round alloy clawed feet for superb grip and 'no-sink' properties on soft ground. Should you wish to use the ladder on hard surfaces we supply rubber boots to clip over the aluminium feet, free with each ladder.
