For more than 40 years the Midland Ladder Company has been supplying industry,the trade and public with a huge selection of the finest ladders, steps, towers and access equipment available.

Established in 1965, we are a family business originally servicing Birmingham and the Midlands, but growing slowly but surely, fueled by our reputation as a supplier of top quality equipment from the biggest names in access, at unbeatable prices.

Fast, Free Delivery...

In recent years the power and customer convenience of internet shopping has transformed our industry. Huge stocks in our modern, centrally located distribution center ideally located  just minutes from M5, M6, M40 and M42 motorway junctions, placed us in an ideal position to deliver the majority of customer orders anywhere in the UK within 24hrs.

Our central location is convenient if you want to collect goods ( yes… we’re an old fashioned firm with stock in a warehouse and you are welcome to collect, subject to prior arrangement).

Most products for sale on our website are stocked in our warehouse and dispatched on a free next working day delivery service. Certain products are shipped to you direct from the manufacturers factory and these products will be clearly identified and usually delivered to you within a few days. The only exceptions to our free delivery service are the extremes of Scotland and islands where we still usually achieve a 2-3 day service but our couriers impose a surcharge for such remote areas... these surcharges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Listening to what you want...

Our business has grown through constantly listening to our customers, not only what they want but when they want it (we let you choose the day of delivery … how simple is that?!) and while all our weekday deliveries are FREE we also offer a range of timed delivery options (Saturday, before noon, before 9.30am etc.) for really urgent orders at a small extra charge (see our delivery page).
  

Your Data Security...

When you place an order with us, we understand your concerns. We take data security extremely seriously and do not store any payment details. Once your goods have been invoiced and dispatched, all your financial information is destroyed.   
                

Quality, guarantees and customer service...

We understand your concerns about quality…. all our products are produced to and bear the British Standard kite mark where relevant.

We understand your concerns about warranty. All our products carry a minimum warranty against material or manufacturing defects of 12 months (some even longer).

We understand you sometimes need to talk to someone, so you will find our telephone number prominently displayed on our website ( please be patient… our lines are usually busy) and you will find all our sales staff friendly and knowledgeable.

And above all you can trust us to handle your order professionally and with the care you the customer deserve.
