The Little
Giant Ladder Company has a reputation for quality and innovation – their

ladder.  Their new Stadium steps are just

The Stadium
steps have sturdy sides made from fibreglass, making these ladders suitable for
electrical work as well as any construction and maintenance jobs.  The bright green fibreglass also adds
excellent visibility, vital for a busy site. 
There’s no need to worry about accidental knocks from the ground; if the
bright colour wasn’t enough to make people aware there’s a ladder there, the
stabilising bars at the rear widen the footprint without creating a trip hazard
at the climbing side of the ladder.

The treads
themselves are deep (76mm) and non-slip, making these comfortable to climb up
and down all day, and they are all braced against the stiles for added
stability and durability – damaging one of these treads will take some
doing!  The large platform (410mm x
520mm) with toe boards on three sides also helps to reduce foot fatigue and
allow all attention to be on the job at hand, not on where your feet are.  The platform is also fully enclosed with twin
guardrails at knee and chest height, and a locking gate at the rear which
attaches to the twin handrails.  These
handrails on both sides make it suitable for left and right handers to carry
tools safely and easily, or both can be used when there is no need to transport
items up or down.

Because they
are made from both aluminium and fibreglass these Stadium steps are incredibly
light, with even the seven tread model weighing in at just over 26kg (the
shortest 3 tread model weighs 17.3kg). 
As you’d expect from a Little Giant ladder, the trademarked Tip &
Glide wheels allow one person to easily move even the heaviest model around a
site and return it to a storage area. 

The tallest
model has seven treads including the platform, which sits at just over 2
metres, offering a working height of 3.62 metres.  We have the seven to three tread models
available, and while these ladders aren’t cheap, they will pay for themselves
in productivity, safety, and even in time because they’re so easy to operate by
a single person.  A one year warranty is
included as standard, but the construction of the Little Giant Stadium Steps is
so solid that they will last for many years beyond that.

Cheaper
