Ordered roof ladder to be delivered to my holiday home and needed on a specific day. Phoned to check stock and confirm arrangements then placed order on line. The correct ladders arrived on the correct day. 2nd time I have used Midland Ladders and frankly would not risk going elsewhere because customer service and product is spot on.

Great service,packed well,product works great. Instructions a bit sketchy. It would be easy to put the base platforms on upside down. Also hinges lock really positively which is what's needed in a fold-able ladder, but it might help with a longer lever to get hold of when operating the hinges,,just a suggestion.

These were the best on price, I was kept informed on the process of my order, when my ladders arrived they were well packaged. As for the ladders, they are really well made and feel sturdy, I have no regrets buying from Midland Ladder Co. and would buy from again, I have already given away my large double extension and some step ladders as they were getting in the way, plus with all the different ladders you can turn this one into you might not need any others.

LYTEPOD podium steps comply fully with the latest BS8620 (PAS250) safety standard for podium steps and will be welcomed on all sites as the ultimate safe solution to low level access tasks. Fully certified and compliant with 'WAHR' (Work at heights regulations), they offer a safe, stable and versatile alternative to working from stepladders.
This model offers two possible platform heights, 1125mm and 1475mm, meaning a maximum working height of 3.5m is achievable when stood at the upper level. The working platform is surrounded on all 4 sides by a 1.0m high guardrail and is accessed through 'saloon' type sprung gates, ensuring optimum protection for the user and totally eliminating the possibility of falls while working.
The access steps and platform unit are aluminium, featuring an anti-slip surface and lock securely in place, and the LYTEPOD will pass through a standard doorway (without the stabilizers deployed) without the need to dismantle it. Two 125mm (5in) rear castors swivel through 360 degrees and lock instantly by means of a foot brake to lock the unit in position before use, while the front legs are fitted with Rubber 'anti-surf' feet which ensure the unit cannot move without the operator demounting, an important safety feature. The whole unit folds flat in seconds for easy transportation in vans or on a roof rack.
