The Ugo Razor Deck is a one piece, self-erecting, flat-packing work platform. The 'no power' self-erecting tower has two major implications for safety: Erection to the three height settings is always done from the ground, so there is no climbing on an incomplete tower that may not be secure and which could collapse. Also, there is no risk of fitting components incorrectly during the build. Compliant to EN1004:2004 and the latest Work At Heights Regulations (WAHR), the outcome is always the same - a safe, stable tower. The minimal erection and dismantling involved means there is no manual strain for the user. Razor deck flat-packs to a compact cube on lockable castors. It fits through a standard doorway and can be transported on vans and large estate cars.
Razor Deck offers a safe working platform at three useful heights, 0.55m, 1m and 2m.... each height is achieved simply by pushing each section into place and each move is assisted by internal pre tensioned springs making the controlled ascent and decent smooth and effortless.
Razor Deck has no loose components either to lose or to assemble in the incorrect manner so making the product safe to use after minimal training.
The unit, which will fit into a large estate car, unfolds from a compact easily manoeuvred base and simply opens out to the desired heights. Adjustable integral outriggers provide additional stability and the ample deck provides space and support for the operative and tools.
